The main north-south arterial on Ahmedabad's western edge linking Sarkhej to Gandhinagar and Chiloda. Administrative control passed from NHAI to the Gujarat government in 2015, and the corridor was then rebuilt as a six-lane road with service roads and a chain of flyovers.

    Kalthia's website lists 'Chiloda Sargasan NH 147 Gujarat' among its road projects, without value, dates or package number. The stretch corresponds geographically to six-laning Package IV (Ch. 35.43–44.42 km), but that link is an inference and is not stated on the page; whether Kalthia was main contractor or sub-contractor, and whether the work is finished, are also not stated.

    Package length 9 km. A contract-award notice republished by tender aggregators (tender no. 11 of 2017-18, Package IV, km 35/480–44/420) names M.S. Khurana Engineering Ltd with a contract date of 26 April 2018 and a value of about Rs 120.12 crore; the Times of India gives the package value as Rs 113.75 crore and the January 2023 status list as Rs 147.52 crore. The contractor name comes from an aggregator copy of the award notice rather than from the R&B Department directly. In May 2020 the state roads minister said the Sindhu Bhavan flyover would be ready by August 2020 and the Sanand-junction and Vaishnodevi flyovers by October 2020.

    Package covers Ch. 31/300–35/480 (4.18 km), the Thaltej–Gota elevated stretch. Ajay Engi-Infrastructure's own website lists this package (NH-147, km 31/300 to 35/480, Package III, EPC, client National Highway Division, Ahmedabad) at Rs 266 crore; no independent source naming the contractor was found, and the tender-results listing does not show the winner. Cost figures differ by source: Rs 249.16 crore (original package value per Times of India, March 2023), Rs 266 crore (contractor's site, a tender-results listing with scheduled completion 25 April 2020, and the Gujarat R&B project page, which showed 100% physical progress as on 24 December 2025) and Rs 322.58 crore (January 2023 status list).

    Package length 14.95 km. The Times of India (17 March 2023) reported that tenders for the Vaishnodevi flyover were floated in 2018 under Package 2 (package value Rs 163.20 crore) and that the flyover work was awarded to Ashish Infracon Pvt Ltd for Rs 163 crore; the report does not give the award date. The same report said that, about two years into construction, the same contractor was issued work for two major and two minor underpasses near the flyover worth about Rs 73 crore without a separate competitive bid. The January 2023 government status list shows the package at Rs 211.28 crore. The contractor is attributed to the whole package on the strength of that single newspaper report; completion of the package is not confirmed in the sources read.

    Package length 16.35 km per a January 2023 government status list, which puts the cost at Rs 164.64 crore; a March 2023 Times of India report gives the original 2017-18 package value as Rs 126.70 crore. Contractor not named in any source that could be opened. The Union road ministry had sanctioned Rs 700 crore for the 44 km corridor in July 2017, and the overall project cost was reported as Rs 913 crore in 2021.
