Ananta Procon lists the four-lane Sattadhar flyover on its own project page with the AMC as client and a project cost of Rs 81.39 crore. The AMC standing committee approved the tender in mid-April 2023 at Rs 81.49 crore (18.35% above the Rs 68.85 crore estimate) with a 24-month period and a three-year defect-liability period for civil works, which the opposition contested; a later report says the tender was briefly withdrawn when the period was raised to five years and then reverted. Cost was reported as Rs 103.63 crore in November 2025 and about Rs 90 crore at the inauguration on 29 March 2026.
