A six-lane, 27 m wide flyover about 0.83 km long at Shilaj circle, built together with the neighbouring Sindhu Bhavan junction flyover. One of ten junction structures AUDA planned with an Asian Development Bank loan (Ahmedabad Peri-urban Livability Improvement Project); six tenders were approved in September 2022 and later repackaged.

    Rs 119.70 crore share of a Rs 237.99 crore two-flyover contract (about USD 28.4 million on ADB's list, dated 31 July 2024), 24-month period. Foundation stone laid virtually by Amit Shah on 15 March 2024; service-road concreting began in July 2024. Package progress was about 11.5% at end-2024.
