    Letter of award from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways announced on 9 September 2024; bid Rs 781.11 crore against the ministry's estimate of Rs 883.24 crore; 2.5-year construction period on hybrid annuity mode. H.G. Infra's own project page gives the project cost as Rs 862.11 crore. Financial closure by its subsidiary H.G. Narol Sarkhej Highway Pvt Ltd was reported in October 2025. The scheme was put at Rs 1,295 crore when reviewed under PM GatiShakti in July 2024.
