Also called the Rajasthan Circle flyover. According to the Times of India, the R&B Department's Capital Project Division No. 3 approved it in 2019 at an estimated Rs 135.7 crore and AUDA's board agreed on 2 July 2019 to bear half; the cost at inauguration on 5 July 2026 was reported as Rs 175 crore. A March 2023 Times of India report named the contractor of the flyover project as 'Ajay Engineering Infra Ltd'; no source opened confirms that this is the same company as Ajay Engi-Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, whose own project lists do not show this flyover, or that the same firm completed it. The same report said, as part of a wider story about underpasses added to flyover contracts, that the contractor had been assigned an additional Rs 50 crore underpass at the junction without the bidding process; this is the newspaper's account and no official finding is cited. A July 2026 Times of India report said that underpass was never built and is now to be taken up under the SP Ring Road six-laning.
