Patel Infrastructure's 2018 draft prospectus lists 'six-laning of Ahmedabad to Vadodara section of NH-8 and improvement of existing Ahmedabad–Vadodara Expressway' as its largest completed road job: client Modern Road Makers Pvt Ltd, role sub-contractor, actual cost incurred Rs 3,572.17 million. It also reports a letter of appreciation from Modern Road Makers for early completion. Which stretch Patel built is not stated. The company's website separately says it built a 145-tonne steel foot overbridge on the Ahmedabad bypass of NH-8 near the expressway junction.

Ajay Engi-Infrastructure lists this job with Patel Infrastructure Pvt Ltd as its client: Rs 114.16 million, completed in financial year 2007-08 (the figure is Ajay's contract value with Patel Infrastructure). Patel Infrastructure's own site lists an 'SP Ring Road Bridge, Ahmedabad' among its projects, and its prospectus says it won the ring-road BOT project through Ahmedabad Ring Road Infrastructure Ltd, a joint venture with Sadbhav Engineering. No source opened states Patel Infrastructure's own contract for this bridge.
