    A 45 m underpass estimated at Rs 4.47 crore could not be built with the flyover because AMC handed over the land late; in mid-2023 AUDA's general body approved the contractor's request for a 7% price variation rather than re-tendering. AUDA's February 2024 budget still listed the work; completion not confirmed.
