Built under the phase 1 riverfront programme designed by HCP Design Planning and Management (consultant); first riverfront sections opened to the public on 15 August 2012 and the road was formally named after Pramukh Swami on 21 January 2017. Road-specific cost, opening date and contractors were not found in sources read.
