    One of six railway overbridges in an AMC package of about Rs 63 crore (reported as Rs 62.79 crore to Rs 63.23 crore) approved in February 2026 after the post-Gambhira inspection of 78 bridges: spans are to be jacked up, worn bearings replaced with elastomeric ones under a 15-year guarantee, and seismic arresters fitted.     Gujarat Samachar reported on 31 December 2025 that repairs on three bridges including this one were being carried out at a combined cost of about Rs 3 crore and were expected to finish within 15 days.
