The Jivraj Park–Shyamal flyover was shut for 48 hours for Metro rail construction, with night closures of the nearby Shreyas overbridge announced from 3 April to 1 July 2021.

Listed in January 2014 among the north-south flyovers already built on the ring road; the AMC's 2013 budget proposed food court, parking and play facilities beneath it. Year of construction, cost and contractor not found.
