Gujarat Samachar (1 August 2024) reported that, after an inspection of 32 bridges, the AMC awarded a Rs 2.69 crore repair contract to Shri Ram Infracare Pvt Ltd; its table of bridge conditions lists 'Isanpur Bridge - prevent damage to girder'. The article does not say which bridges the contract covers, does not say that its 'Isanpur Bridge' is the Shekhawat bridge, and gives no completion information, so the contractor for any work on this bridge is unconfirmed.
