DeshGujarat gives the final cost as Rs 94.51 crore over about three years; a student site case-study names the contractor, lists SAI Consultants as structural consultant, a 30-month contract period, a length of 1,415 m and a project cost of Rs 120 crore, so the cost figures differ by source. Ahmedabad Mirror says AUDA began the work in 2013-14 and that it overshot its deadline.
