A four-lane railway overbridge replacing level crossing 16A near the Gora Ghuma rail yard, linking Bopal-Ghuma with the Shilaj side. According to documents cited by the Indian Express, AUDA bore half the cost, with DFCCIL and the Railways sharing the rest.

    AUDA's board cleared rezoning of about 80 hectares behind Ghuma in July 2025 so a town-planning scheme and the 45 m road could proceed; in February 2026 the AUDA chairman said the link would be finished in roughly six months. Completion not confirmed.

    Cost reported as more than Rs 65 crore by the Indian Express and Rs 80 crore by Gujarati outlets. The Railway Board sanctioned a two-lane ROB in January 2018; AUDA proposed four lanes in November 2019 and the drawing was agreed in September 2020. The Indian Express cites five Railways/DFCCIL letters between September 2023 and December 2024 warning AUDA that the connecting road did not exist. Contractor not named.
